My goal is to cultivate expressive and technically sound cello playing. I work with students and adults starting at age 10, no previous experience required. As a professional who navigated an unconventional path, I prioritize artistic agency, proficiency and courage. My teaching style has been honed by real-world experience in training and performance environments.
I facilitate learning from the position that music is a global language, and that there is more than one approach to everything. In our lessons we will discuss technique, musicality, and practice habits.
